YACRO small option homes program provides support in which three to five adults or children reside in the community with the assistance of qualified staff who work shifts.
The support varies depending on the needs of the individuals in the home at the time, however the homes are staffed with at least one staff 24/7, 365 days a year.
Our homes exist in both Yarmouth and HRM regions and blend into their respective communities.
All of our homes are licensed by the Department of Licensing, Nova Scotia and therefore are held to a very high standard both physically and in the quality of care delivered.
