Independent Living
The Independent Living (ILS) program supports participants in exercising acceptable standards of safety and good judgement in an independent living setting.
Varying levels of assistance are offered, depending on the needs of the individual. These may include help with money management, medical concerns, social and practical skills, encouragement and advice.

All of the ILS participants receive this support and funding for up to 21 hours per week where necessary.
Our ILS program exists in both Yarmouth and Metro regions and supports approximately 30 adults varying in age and abilities.
