YACRO is fortunate to offer an Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) to all Employees and Permanent Staff members.
The Employee and Family Assistance Program provides you will immediate and confidential help for any work, health or life concern.
EFAP is a confidential and voluntary support service that can help you take the first step towards change or find solutions to challenges that you may be facing at any age or stage in your life.
You and your family members can access this in a way that is most suited to your preferences, comfort level and lifestyle.
There is NO COST to use this service, it is a benefit offered by YACRO. The service can provide a series of sessions with a professional and experts can also refer to more specialized longer term support. Fees may apply to this additional service; however, they may be covered by your provincial or health plan.
EFAP is completely confidential. Not even the employer will know if you have used the service, unless you choose to tell them.
