The Shanty Café was recently nominated for the very first Nova Scotia Works Employer Award- Celebrating Champions of Inclusion.
There was a total of 19 nominations from across the province, and the overall winner was East Coast Credit Union. The winner was pesented the award at a ceremony during international day for persons with disabilities.
On February 26th, South West Employment held a small celebration to honor the nominees from this area and presented us with a certificate for our recognition. We will display this at The Shanty Café. 😃
